Weird discharge after my period.

Hi, i am having a weird discharged after my period. It seems clear with red blood tent no strong smell, i never had this happen before and its going on 3 almost 4 days now after my period was supposably done. (Ny periods normally last 3-4days) I was almost off my period about 5days ago and end up having sex on my period, after that i experince what i thought was cramps all over again for like a day or so. Then i started getting this gas pain in my pelvis area that hurt so bad i could not move (this lasted 2/3days after having sex) i can feel the gas move and i was burping a lot. But during this time i was socking my liners with this clear red tent discharg. The gas pain was painful i could not stand up straight, i took gas meds for 2days and now im okay with accasional gas presure. But im still coating my liner with the discharge and my period should have been over 4/5days ago. I dont have insurance so i want to know what maybe going on. Should i be concern.
