Weird Bump on Skin

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Seemingly overnight a wart-like object seems to have sprouted on my upper thigh. It looks almost like a really bad zit, except it can't be popped and it has a black raised center. The area surrounding it has a very dark purple/blueberry juice color. No pain or itchiness at all. Yet. What should I do, and what does it seem to be? Thanks.
