I admit that you are a little overweight from the measurements given by you. But it doesn't seem to be so, in your photograph. Is it an old one ? If not, it is a fact that you need to reduce your body weight, but you are not looking obese or ugly. You look really beautiful. Have confidence in yourself. To reduce weight, avoid junk foods, fried snacks, reduce food intake to minimum satisfaction (but don't starve), drink plenty of water, drink cucumber juice if possible, carrot juice is also good for you (don't add extra sugar). Practice some yoga and breathing exercises. Walk for most of your necessities as a daily routine, but not for the sake of exercise. Best regards.
