Can stress causes weight loss but i m eating fine. Have just stopped eating junk and anything oily. My weight before lockdown was 54 and now it is 51.8 is it normal i have also got my cbc i have hypochondria. Is there any cure.

Ya stress may cause weight loss and during lockdown situations there were different ways in which people were getting stressed so that could be one of the reason. Do start taking self care like do breathing exercises, show gratitude towards others whom u feel has helped u and also do some art activities to feel relaxed

Dear madam, don't worry. Such fluctuations in body weight is mostly normal. Your CBC is perfectly fine. And for hypochondria there is definitely cure.
