Weight training and heart
When I do weight training esp. heavy weights squats etc, my heart rate goes up...up to 150 bpm, but reutrns to normal 70-80bpm after a few mins rest.  Is weight training harmful for heart in this regard in the long run....does it cause arrhythmia etc...
