Weight reduce sperm motil

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Want to reduce weight and increase sperm motility. I am taking fertisure m about one month but there is no results and not able to improve. I want to use himalayas speman for sperm motility and himalayas vrikshamla for weight loss and maintain. Can I use Both medicine same time Suggest better guidance.

Weight reduction, avoidance of smoking and tight underwear may also help. And finally the treatment depends on actual count and motility.
