I am a twenty three year old with a hectic work schedule. I have put on twelve to fifteen kgs in six months. I currently weigh One hundred and fifteen kilograms and am Six feet Two inches tall. Can you suggest how do I get this under control? I am a smoker as well.

Check your blood glucose levels, Blood pressure & thyroid function.
Avoid deep fried foods
Eat fibre rich food
Work out regularly
Brisk walk as much as possible
