A woman at your age, with sedentary or mild daily activity has to eat 2000 kcal per day for adequate nutrition and health.
You are eating half of what your body needs.
This is drastic starvation. And this is leading to the weight loss.
Swelling in throat, could be pharyngitis.
It could acid reflux irritation also causing the pharyngitis.
You have to improve diet.
Eat fruits and vegetables salad

If it’s your acid reflux - making it difficult to eat and hence weight loss - it’s a simple scenario and things are going to be fine if you are treated for acid reflux .
But in case you have other symptoms - we should rule out a few things and may need a detailed evaluation.
