Hi Doctor, I have hyperthyroidism and irregular periods and i find it difficult to loose weight. I do gym daily for 30-40 min. Can you tell me any effective weight loss tips?

Need more details like, do you have hypo or hyperthyroidism , for weight loss, your energy expenditure should be more than the calorie consumption to see any significant change. So, for weight loss, 30-40 mins of physical activity have to be supplemented with significant dietary change - calorie restricted diet.
