Weight los for hypothyroi
I have hypothyroidism and are in Normal range now. But unable to lose weight. It's 81 currently and does not seem to decrease. I do yoga exercises for half hour and avoid other to avoid tiredness. Also my diet includes fruits, vegetables and low calorie food. Pls suggest
