Dear sir/Ma'am, I have a problem that I want to loose my weight that's why i am not eating too much and drinking water and doing some exercise but that is not affecting on my body and fat is increasing double. So what I should to do?

Hello, if you don't have any medical illness like thyroid problem , not taking any steroids you can loose weight , have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , meat .Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries. BMI above 30 is defined obesity in medical term , calculate your BMI.
