Hi doctor! I'm a 21 year old girl who is really concerned about her weight !! I've gained almost 30 kgs in the past 5 months and it's all from fat !! I look obnoxious and due to that ive stopped going out and even have dropped out of my college for a while !! I'm really worried and I want to lose weight in these 3 months ! I want to lose around 20 kgs so I was wondering if the hcg injections are safe as I've heard alot about the hcg diet !! Please let me know doctor!

Eat low fat low carb, high protein diet devided into 3 main and 3 small meals Keep proper hydration level Sleep at least for 6 hrs Make yourself stress free Avoid junk food and high calorie food. Hello, it's good that you have started to think of losing weight and that in itself is a good progress. Start fixing up an exercise.timing and routine first and remove all junk, fried, sugary, salted foods from your intake. Begin with drinking at least 3 liters of water daily and snacking on Fruits and veg salads. Do this for a week and then in the following week begin with having an early and light dinner, which can be probably a bowl of vegetables. Eat small meals and nourish yourself once in 3 hours. Please do not look at quick modes of weight loss such as HCG as they can have side effects and is not advisable. Always opt for the natural and a healthy way so that you feel fit and healthy as you lose weight. All the best.
