My height is 5.8 n my weight is only 55 kg I eat a lot still my weight doesn't increases which diet should I follow or what should I eat so that my weight increases quickly

Hi...., Have six meals in a day – three big meals and three small. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner should be heavy and calorie-rich. A heavy dinner adds weight to your body as your metabolism is not as active when you sleep as compared to when you are awake. Eat more of protein rich foods like meat, poultry, egg white, sprouts, fresh fruit, green leafy vegetables...
