I'm trying to gain my weight since 2 months, but no changes in my weighty height 168 weight is 46. I tried a milkshake made up of banana, oats, almonds, dates, and peanut Butter but no gain in weight nor muscles. Should I consume whey protein or anything to gain weight and muscles...

For increase weight you should have a proper weight training exercises along with good diet which consist of iron protein and  antioxidant rich food
