Weight gain
I m 21 yr old my weight still only 38 kg plz recommend me some medicine or supplement .I m normally take avg food .and not habitual for any thing like tea,smoking etc .

Hello there. Take high calorie diet like peanut butter. Eat frequently. Go to gym and build muscle mass. High protein diet should be your priority. Consult a dietician for a detailed diet chart. Regards
