Hi, My son turned 1 year on Sept 19. His birth weight was 3.4kg, currently he is 8.5 kg. I feed him everything that helps to gain weight but nothing has worked till now. Should i get any tests done to check for any underlying reasons? He is super active and playful.

Quantity does not matter, please ensure that he gets wholesome diet rich in green vegies, proteins ( egg, soya milk, dal etc)
Do not give high sugar content syrups and candies. Moderate amounts of desi ghee helps immunity as well.
Give dry fruits, fresh seasonal fruits.
Make sure he gets physical activity as well.
