Weight gain chocolat cyst &on BC pills
Chocolate cyst has reoccoured after surgery and currently I am on birth control pills which is causing me weight gain.
1. My question is can do Normal yoga (all aasans which told in yoga classes)?
2. Can I go for swimming for weight loss?
Or will these things create complications (like rupture or anything else?
Please advise.
Also note With dieting I am not able to lose weight!!
