Weight gain and unable to loose weight.
I have thyroid problem. Recently got it checked but it is normal. Currently my weight is 68 Kg and i am struggling to reduce my weight. My age is 30 and it is must that i loose atleast 15 kgs now. I got my ultrasound done to check any cyst or if my liver and kidneys are fine. The report says everything is fine.
I don't understand what is the problem with me then. Why am i gaining weight and unable to loose weight. I feel bloated and heavy. Please guide.
