Due to constant hormonal fluctuations in a woman's body, the body goes into a weight resistant stage, wherein diet management and exercise don't work as efficiently as they otherwise would. You first need to reset your hormones by eating the correct combination of foods and more importantly set your metabolism levels and body clock right.
Next Steps
Have 6-8 small but frequent meals and follow a strict dietary regime including good amount of fibre in your diet. For more action points on how to reset your hormones and kick start metabolism to reduce weight and manage abdominal fat you can contact me on direct consult. Alternatively you can visit me to get a customised diet plan based on a hormone reset.
