Weekness in Body
Dear All, I am according to reports is covid positive but no Symptoms as such except weekness and a bit of throat pain..can some please suggest what to do to avoid weekness. Most important I am taking medicine ie Fabilow, Dolo, Zincoder Zifi...200 mg..this is not recommended by covid doc.but I took one tab becasue this is I generally take when there is some throat infection. Please suggest. The challenge with online is I am unable to find a good physican.. please help Thanks

Please complete full course of zifi and fabiflu if you have already started them. Do gargles with salt water three times a day. Take vit D 60,000 IU once a week. Vit c 500mg od for a week. Also take pantop 40mg , 30 mins before  breakfast for acidity. Monitor spo2 and temp and pulse every 8 hourly. (Contact physician immediately if oxygen drops below 94%) Plenty of oral fluids.

Just add WHO ORS solution to your regimen ans continue the medication. I could have added more but it will only add to the existing confusion which you have.
