Weakness, fatigue, headache, fast pulse
I had high blood pressure reading, was given a dose of nitroglycerin on my tongue. instant migraine that lasted for three and a half days, weakness etc. now i am constantly fatigued, weak, headaches, irritable, fast heartbeat, sore. usually can work a 12 hour day, cant last more than 4 hours. all this after that dose, otherwise besides high blood pressure im healthy

I can understand your concern. .What was your blood pressure levels?
The blood pressure levels are high that's why you have all these issues.
I'm pretty sure you aren't on any anti hypertensive medications.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
