Before 2 years i had typhoid, since then i m suffering from constant weakness/fatigue. Body does not recover quickly after any physical exercise. Vitamin tablets doesn't seem to help. Have consulted doctors, reports of diabetes, thyroid and Blood pressure are normal. I feel good after eating non veg for one day but after that its the same fatigue...

U need to get yr blood test done to know yr HB level,so get yr complete Blood count done.in yr diet increase protein intake .take at least 2 eggs /day along with 1-2 glasses of whole milk,pulses in diet n if u can afford dry nuts like cashew, almonds etc. continue with yr physical exercise n vt. tabas per yr dr. advice.
