I have hypothyroidism i am taking taking thyronorm 125 mcg..my vitamin d3 and b12 and calcium r in normal range..stil i feel weakness in my legs and hands..if i take vitamin supplements that time i feel good..why having vitamin calcium in normal levels also i am feeling weakness is it due to thyroid??

Hypothyroid patients should exercise regularly atleast daily 30-45mins to feel energetic.
