Hi, ECG shows sinus tachycardia with left ventricular hypertrophy. Dizziness has many possible causes, including inner ear disturbance, motion sickness and medication effects. Sometimes it's caused by an underlying health condition, such as poor circulation, infection or injury. Avoid using caffeine, alcohol, salt and tobacco. Excessive use of these substances can worsen your signs and symptoms. Drink enough fluids, eat a healthy diet, get enough sleep and avoid stress.If your dizziness is caused by a medication, talk with your doctor about discontinuing it or lowering the dose. If your dizziness is caused by overheating or dehydration, rest in a cool place and drink water or a sports drink (Gatorade, Powerade, others). Consult Physician....
