Weakness and no energy
My father who is a hypertension patient,he regularly takes medicine. Previously he was diagnosed PUD , medication has been completed. The onlyc complain is,hw continuously feels like he has no energy at all,he can't do anything. He do nothing just eat and lay on bed as he himself thinks he have no energy. But he has been taking all the diet.. there's no problem with eating. Vit C,B - Colen syrup,dates,cashew nuts,fruits ,e times meal,proper hydration,all the tests has been done,all are normal. But he has been getting problem by tongue, whatever he eats,feels like spicy, cudnt eat vegetables or Chicken ,no spices. After seeing,he has a bumps on the posterior third of the tongue,he has tried all the medication for that. He eats very nicely except those vegetables and chickens and spicy something. Suggest me something plz,for his energy or is there anything problem Will be a great favor 🙏

Had you ever consulted a ENT doctor for the bump on the tongue since the age of your father is a bit on higher side this bump maybe a serious concern can you share me the image of the same so that I can guide you further since it’s not looking like a simple glossitis any mouse or bump inside the tongue should be evaluated for any further condition like carcinoma of tounge etc
