Hello there. I can understand your concern. .you have to take a high protein diet along with lots of fruits and vegetables. Do cardio workout everyday for about 1 hour . Practice yoga, meditation and pranayama also. Capsule absolut 3g once a day for 15 days after food. ....... One egg per day would be of great help for you. ................ Best regards. ............ You can eat apples, pomegranate, kiwi, red grapes, green leafy vegetables, almonds, walnuts . These will increase your your energy levels and boost your immunity.
