Hello doctor I am facing problems like weakness low stamima palpitation fast heart beat and when I stand on my feet I feel I will faint i have done vitamin b12 and Vitamin D B12 is 285 and Vit D is 44 weak memory and weak thinking ability please help me guide me what i need to do Thankyou

Hi You vitamin B12 value is little on higher end but every laboratory or machine will have its own error... And you vitamin D is within normal limits.... Kindly consult physician to look for your general condition and hb, thyroid profile status...
