Weakness and Collapsing

Asked for Male, 15 Years

For a while now, I have had instances where I am doing something or go to do something and I see splotches in my vision, start to feel weak and dizzy, but after a few seconds it would go away. However, here recently it has gotten worse and just earlier it caused me to collapse. I still am weak and it isn't going away like normal so I'm starting to get worried. I was hoping you could tell me what's wrong.
