Feeling of collapsing
I was diagnosed with post viral infection/ fatigue as I was feeling light headed (about to faint), fast heart rate, extreme tiredness and muscle aches. However, now I am feeling anxious every time I stand up that I will collapse and I feel the first signs of fainting and nausea. Please help.
