Collapsed vein
Ill start off by saying i think i may have a collapsed vein in my right wrist. I was in the hospital recently and had iv in my hand. I was getting a “newer” antibiotic that is closely related to penicillin and begins with an A, sorry forget what its called. I am teling you this because i am allergic to penicillin. But after a day or so the iv got really painfull and my hand swelled up like a balloon. It took a while for the nurses to switch the iv because they didnt think it was a big deal or so
