Weak eyesight
I can't see clearly though i use specs of both myopia and hypermetropia but now these days I can't even see clearly with those specs it looks kinda foggy so what can i do regarding that...

Your symptoms are suggestive of cataract
Once cataract develops, vision even with glasses decreases
Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
