Weak erections
I'm 22 ,and my erections have become a little weak since last 4 years .it requires continuous physical stimulus. My testosterone levels are 464 Ng/DL.whenever I consume beetroots (nitric oxide) I get erections like before. Are my testosterone levels low ,or my brain isn't releasing enough dopamine?

Testosterone is in normal range. Diet or other vegetables doesn’t have any effect on testosterone levels. There are many other causes for poor erections. So need to check other hormones if all normal then need to consult urologist/ Andrologist.
