Weak Erection and Ejaculation No Semen.

Hi, Issue is when I do intercourse with my wife, Erection is not long enough and Ejaculation is happening with no Semen. But when I masturbate on my own, Erection is fine and semen is releasing from my penis. I have approached couple of doctors and they have gave me some medications related to vitamins, zinc and omega 3 but these doesn't help me. My wife conceived earlier in Jul 2016 and I didn't face this problem during that time. I have got typhoid in Aug 2016 and my wife got aborted. My wife's Gynecologist suggested to give 3 months gap where I got addicted to Masturbation. I used to masturbate before marriage and after marriage too but never faced any issues like this until I got this issue from last year. Please help on treatment  to fix this issue as we are Planning for kids
