My vitamin d is 11.. i feel tired and if i stand or do any work for long my chest and arm and body starts paining.. I have zero energy.. I cant even take a shower. Ecg, echo, ct head, nerve conduction studies, cbc, abdomen and renal doppler, cervical xray all are perfect then why do i feel so sick like an old aged cancer patient
