We r Unable to hear sound when she cries

My Niece is of 4days of old.. Since birth, she started crying very loudly.. My sister had a c-section n unable to feed the baby due to the stichtes pain.. So dctr suggested "Similac Advance Stage 1" from the very first day we gave her the same powder milk. She cries a lot N when we give her milk, she will be fine and sleeps.. But from yesterday whenever, she cries we could barely hear any voice. We get to know that she is crying only when we look at her.. Yesterday, we called up a dctr N he suggested Colicaid drops.. Only 1% of her voice is back now.. Not sure, what to do.. Plz suggest any help.. Is this normal or is anything wrong?

Don't worry. Voice usually comes back in such cases a few days. She has colic for which colicaid is useful. Pump breast milk and give that. Formula milk leads to severe colic and pain.
