We never want to get pregnant
I am 30 years old female and my husband is 31 years old. We have been married fof over 2 years and have decided that we never want to get pregnant, rather would adopt a child. Both families are in agreement. We want to have a sexual consultancy, on what to keep in mind and how to take care of health. We are sexually active and I want to know if not getting pregnant has any ill effects on health at all. If so what can I do to prevent them. I have started working out to keep my weight in control as its atlest 10 kg higher side. Apart from this we take balanced Indian diet. Should I take any supplements or tests or vaccination? We use condoms as contraceptive and my husband is insisting on male vasectomy after 2 years, but again I want to know what is the safest way. Please advise.
