Can we have milk over fish thats all I want to ask please help me urgently .I am so thankful to app and doctors

there are many ppl saying that milk and fish cannot be mixed or to be eaten together...but there are no facts or studies explaining the actual reason behind this belief...so i dont think scientifically there is any reason...its a myth i suppose..so eating fish with milk shud not be a problem
