My recent CBC gives these significant numbers as in the attached picture. Frequent fevers 3rd time in 15 days, joint pain, cold, cough, feeling tired often, neck pain. Is there any particular test I must do to rule out a chronic condition or is it just a common bacterial infection?

This report says you have bacterial infection. Chronic condition will have persistent symptoms , 15 days infection is not termed chronic.I think it's recurrent infection . Your symptoms (cough ,cold )suggest respiratory infection .So chest x ray may answer your question.
