Hello welcome to practo com, according to me it is high,and shows gut infection,so need a course of cepodem 200 mg twice a day for 10 days,and sporlac ds one tab once a day for 10 days,and light diet .and go for widal tube test.if you have any more questions please consult me online or offline.
