For a long time , when I scratch my hair with nail , I could see white wax like sebum/dandruff (like oily white paste) and some years before when consulted a dermatologist he suggested Sebowash. When I wash my hair with Sebowash , I could see no itching and hair is strong and less white sebum. But after not washing hair for 2-3 days and when I go outside in bike , the scalp is oily , more sebum, bit itching , hair falls more.
What should I do?
