Watery stools
Hi,
My daughter is close to 1 month. Poops frequently in small amount and each time she sneezes or cries poop leaks. The consistency of poop is mucus watery in bright yellow colour and sometimes just yellow watery leak happens. Explosive poop too happens few times a day.
Pee count is 10+ per day.
What could be the reason? Is it diarrhoea?
