Watery stool since wednes

Excreting watery stool since wednesday n consumed Norfolk tz 3 since then and omez to control the condition ... since yesterday the condition is bit better but stool is still watery n for the lost good amt of fluid frm the body. What should i follow to get cure ... any separate medication.

take lots of liquids....take coconut water...juices...ORS..electral powder...glucon d....very frequently...avoid milk...if dehydration is severe consult physician Check stool for ameobiasis Did you have any outside food..
