Watery sperm
I have a problem of watery sperm from a year and when ever I have noticed a night fall , my ejaculated sperm is fully like water there is no any thickness but when ever I have masturbate ,there is little thickness and after some time thickness is gone frm ejaculated sperm
Does it mean I have low sperm count or Impotency
I have start running frm yesterday for 15 -20 mins a day there is any improvement by exercise or diet
If yes, plz suggests me some beneficial exercise which gives effective result
How much time take to cure my problem by exercise
And I have noticed there is no peek in ejaculation how can cure it
Plz guide me...

Exercise 60 minutes a day — running 30 minutes + increasingly doing core muscles and muscles building as well
Also increase proteins in diet
