Watery sounds from stomach
My stomach seems bloated and heavy,and watery sounds,like bubbles come from it often.i had fever last night,and the watery sounds are coming yet again.iam underweight.what could be the reason?... plz suggest some remedy

If it is a recently developed problem then you might have some infection. Take light meals and focus on liquid intake. Check for fever. You may need antibiotics if this doesn’t resolve or if you develop fever
