Watery nose and severe sneezing
I'm experiencing 24/7 watery nose and sneezing in every hour and nose congestion can't able to breathe and also mouth dryness
Sometimes it got so severe that I can't able to handle and start facing weakness
It mainly starts at morning wake up and night sleep when I try to sleep

As per your description you are suffering from allergic rhinitis.. need to be ruled out rhinosinusitis and nasal polyp.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
