  4. Watery eyes and tingly nose. All watery.

Watery eyes and tingly nose
My one nostril is blocked while the other is tingly, and the eyes on the side of the tingly nose is watery. There's a constant feeling of a sneeze but it only tingles and then my eyes get all watery.
