Watery diarrhea and once vomited
From morning like 10 times watery diarrhea and vomited once . Had chapathi and tomato curry and two banana. Small.. after that vomited . No underlying disease apart from thyroid . Took cod oil capsule with milk . Is that food poison . Pls suggest tablet. Nothing can be taken through mouth

Keep on drinking plenty of water. Diarrhoea will stop in 3-4 days. Keep a watch on urine output. If quantity of urine reduces go to nearest hospital.
