Watery bump after a fall
My grand son fell and has a watery bump on the left side of the head which is bit tensed no bleed has been noticed only a small watery bump on the head

Use syrup Ibugesic for 2 -3 days ...if there was loss of consciousness, repeated vomiting following fall go for a brain imaging....
