Bump on my sons penis
Hi doctor my son in 5.5 months old and I noticed the attaxhed on my sons penis this morning. Whenever I dress him he keeps pulling his penis could it be cuz of that? Or could it be mosquito. M so tensed please advice

Terrible to happen.it is not mosquito bite. Do you suspect some one. We are taught and is true sexual assault. Now we will be dealing with how to manage.Clean penis with cod water mixed with dettol1tsf in half a cup of sterile water.  Clean thoughly. Apply acqous gentian violet1% locally every he passes urine or stools. Try to bring prepuce forward to cover penis glans. Give mox125mg soluble tablet in a spoon of drinking water three times aday.for ninimum 5 days. Any need Give plenty of water.and keep him socially engaged . Don't forget immunization. And nutrition.. Hygiene. If any need consult with prior appointment.
