Can i eat watermelon during breastfeeding , will it cause cold in baby?

the concept of hot and cold food doesnt exist. least of which might affect the baby. tat is to say the baby recieving breast milk wud not face any harm. on the other hand for mother health fruits give nutrients and watermelon although rich in nutrients also has a lot of carbohydrates in it. so if ur not diabetic watermelon shud not be a problem
